The project was born from a couple of friends who had previous experience on the artisan coffee preparation and the fast food industry, so launching a restaurant offering breakfast, brunch and of course, top quality coffee was a must.
The brand name was inspired on the popular Ethiopian tale about Kaldi, a foster who notices his goats suddenly acting euphoric after consuming red fruit from some bushes. So, how come the goats can be so "happy" and Kaldi wouldn't? So he supposedly came and tasted some fruits and thus began the traditional coffee story, along with the Happy Goat legend.
A fun, vintage-ish and playful brand to mix into the visual design and the logo was born.

Developing the brandbook and some applications was commanded in order to achieve an order into the visual design in general.
Once it was done, I found that the interior design of the shop was taking a whole new direction, but I'm displaying that below.
Having an "urban" and vintage style to portrai the visual intention of the brand was the main goal into the branding deliveries.
I enjoyed and had much fun shooting and editing the pictures of such tasty saucers!

The whole experience wouldn't be completed without an asertive introspection of what the physical place has to offer to the costumer, so, based in wooden artifacts resembling the brunch n' coffee culture, many decoration was placed all over.
